离子色谱法测定包装饮用水中痕量亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐的分析方法

Determinations of Trace Nitrite and Bromate in Packaged Drinking Water by Ion Chromatography

  • 摘要: 目的

    建立大体积进样电导检测离子色谱法测定包装饮用水中痕量亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐的分析方法。

    方法

    采用Dionex Ionpac AS19高容量分析柱,以不同浓度的氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,进样体积为500 μL,测定样品中的亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐含量。

    结果

    亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐分别在0~66 μg/L和0~100 μg/L浓度范围内,呈现良好的线性关系,两者的相关系数分别为0.999 7和0.999 8,检出限分别为0.13 μg/L和0.24 μg/L;亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐在3种浓度测定的回收率分别为88.2%~106.1%和91.1%~100.4%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.4%~4.5%和0.5%~4.4%。

    结论

    该方法操作简单、环保、准确度和精密度好,可应用于包装饮用水中痕量亚硝酸盐和溴酸盐的测定。

     

    Abstract: Objective

    To establish an ion chromatography with large volume direct injection to determine trace nitrite and bromate in packaged drinking water.

    Methods

    The injection sample volume was set at 500 μL.The chromatographic separation was performed on Dionex Ionpac AS19 column with different concentrations of potassium hydroxide solution as eluent to determine trace nitrite and bromate in packaged drinking water.

    Results

    Regarding nitrite and bromate,good linear relationships were shown in the range of 0-66 μg/L and 0-100 μg/L respectively,and the correlation coefficients (r) were 0.999 7 and 0.999 8 respectively.The limits of detection were 0.13 μg/L and 0.24 μg/L respectively.The recovery rates for nitrite and bromate were tested at three different concentrations ranging from 88.2% to 106.1% and from 91.1% to 100.4% respectively,and the relative standard derivations were 1.4%-4.5% and 0.5%-4.4% respectively.

    Conclusion

    This method is simple,environmental-friendly,and highly efficient and accurate,and could be applied to the determinations of trace nitrite and bromate in packaged drinking water.
