臭氧诱发哮喘机制及其敏感期的研究进展

Research Advance on Mechanism of Ozone Induced Asthma and Its Sensitive Phase

  • 摘要:

    环境污染物臭氧暴露与哮喘发病率和患病率之间呈现一定的关联性。臭氧与哮喘的发生和加重相关,其机制可能包括炎症反应、过氧化损伤、异常免疫反应、神经诱导以及哮喘易感基因多态性等。在哮喘的发病人群里以儿童多见,不同时期的臭氧暴露对哮喘的发生有重要影响。动物实验研究发现机体对生命早期臭氧暴露比较敏感。

     

    Abstract:

    Environmental pollutant ozone exposure is associated with the incidence and prevalence of asthma.Ozone is associated with asthma occurrence and aggravating.Its mechanism may include inflammatory response,peroxidation damage,abnormal immune response,nerve induction,and asthma susceptible gene polymorphisms.The incident of asthma is common among children,and ozone exposure at different lifetime periods may have important impacts on the occurrence of asthma.Results of animal studies show that early life is more sensitive to ozone exposure.
