自噬在环境污染物细胞毒性机制中的作用

Roles of Autophagy in Toxicity Mechanism of Environmental Pollutants

  • 摘要: 自噬是指细胞内受损细胞器及大分子物质包裹于双层或多层膜结构,形成自噬小体,自噬小体与溶酶体融合并对其内容物进行消化的过程。正常水平的自噬是一种通过降解胞内异常组分以维持细胞稳态的过程,然而自噬水平过度上调则引起细胞自噬性死亡。本文通过总结自噬在环境污染物毒作用机制中发挥的作用,为环境污染物的毒作用机制研究提供线索。

     

    Abstract: Autophagy is the process that double-or multiple-membrane-bound autophagosome fuses with lysosome to digest damaged organelles or macromolecules within the autophagosome. Although autophagy is regarded as a regular degradative process of unnecessary cellular components to maintain cellular homeostasis, overstimulation of autophagy leads to autophagic cell death. In this paper, we summarized the roles of autophagy in the toxicity mechanism of various environmental pollutants, and provided clues for further investigation in this field.
