Summary of Methylmercury in Soil and Related Analytical Methods

  • 摘要: 简述中国土壤甲基汞污染状况,并总结其分析方法。我国部分地区土壤甲基汞含量较高,最高达20 μg/kg。土壤中甲基汞含量的测定仍以仪器联用技术为主,化学传感器类检测技术作为新型的检测手段已得到一定的应用。由于中国部分地区土壤甲基汞含量较高,需制订标准加以控制;建立有效可行的甲基汞分离富集方法,并兼顾检测过程的准确度及灵敏度是今后甲基汞测量领域的重要发展方向,化学传感器类检测技术将是今后研究的重点。

     

    Abstract: This article aims to provide a brief overview on soil methylmercury(MeHg) pollution in China and summarize related analytic methods. MeHg levels in soil of certain areas in China are as high as 20 μg/kg. Hyphenated techniques are still the major method for soil MeHg detection, but chemical sensor as a novel means of detection has been deployed. The relative high MeHg levels in some soils in China require making standards to control pollution. In addition, establishing an effective and feasible MeHg enrichment and separation method with high accuracy and sensitivity should be a critical direction of future MeHg detection, and chemical sensor technology might be a hotspot of future study in this field.
