南京青奥会期间公共场所和生活饮用水的风险评估

Risk Assessment of Public Places and Drinking Water During 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing

  • 摘要: 目的 识别和评估2014年南京第二届青年奥林匹克运动会(简称"青奥会")期间公共场所和生活饮用水可能存在的卫生风险,为消除和控制风险及制定相应的保障方案提供依据。

    方法 结合赛前监测数据、文献资料和流行病学理论,采用头脑风暴与专家会议商讨法对风险进行识别,采用风险矩阵法对风险进行分析和评价。

    结果 确定了17种可能对南京青奥会产生较大影响的风险事件,并对风险进行分级,其中中等风险事件8种,低风险事件9种。

    结论 此次评估为青奥会公共卫生保障工作提供了科学的数据支持和管理建议,有效地保障了赛事期间的卫生防控工作。

     

    Abstract: Objective To identify and assess potential risks in public places and drinking water during the 2014 Summer Youth Olympic Games in Nanjing, so as to eliminate and control the risks and provide a scientific basis for decision-making.

    Methods Brainstorm and expert consultation were used to identify potential risks based on historical monitoring data, available literature, and epidemiological theories, and risk matrix analysis was adopted to conduct risk analysis and evaluation.

    Results Seventeen kinds of risk events with potential impacts to the Nanjing Youth Olympic Games were identified and classified, including 8 medium risk events and 9 low risk events.

    Conclusion The assessment provides scientific quantitative evidence and administrative suggestions to effectively secure the health related prevention and control work during the games.
