某油藏计量转运站职业病危害现况

Occupational Hazards Status of Oil Metering Transfer Station

  • 摘要: 目的 调查某油藏计量转运站(简称计转站)职业病危害,提出改进措施,保护劳动者健康。

    方法 采用职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测等方法进行综合评价。

    结果 该计转站运行中的主要职业病危害因素有硫化氢、非甲烷总烃、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲烷、甲醇和噪声,各职业病危害因素浓度或强度均低于国家职业接触限值;化学毒物防护设施、噪声控制设施、高温防护设施基本可行,具有一定的防护效果。职业卫生管理、职业健康监护及个人使用的职业病防护用品等职业病防护措施基本符合《工业企业设计卫生标准》的要求。

    结论 该计转站运行过程中的职业病危害控制措施基本可行、有效,不会对人体健康产生不良影响。

     

    Abstract: Objective To assess the occupational hazards of an oil metering transfer station, propose improvement measures, and protect workers' health.

    Methods The transfer station was comprehensively evaluated by field survey and occupational hazards detection.

    Results Main occupational hazards included hydrogen sulfide, non-methane hydrocarbons, benzene, toluene, xylene, methane, methanol, and noise. The concentrations or intensities of the hazards were lower than the corresponding national occupational exposure limits. The facilities for control of chemical poisons, noise, and high temperature were feasible to achieve designed preventive effects. The preventive measures adopted against occupational diseases, including occupational health management, occupational health surveillance, and personal protective equipment, basically met the requirements of Hygienic standards for the design of industrial enterprises.

    Conclusion The occupational hazard control measures of this transfer station are basically feasible and effective. Few adverse human health effects will occur with current control measures adopted.
