消毒副产物(DBPs)是自来水厂在饮用水消毒过程中新形成的一类污染物。目前,已鉴定出饮用水中含700余种DBPs。研究发现DBPs可能具有细胞毒性、遗传毒性、致癌性以及致畸性。作为饮用水中一类广泛存在的高健康风险的污染物,DBPs的生殖与发育毒性也一直受到广泛关注。本文从毒理学与流行病学研究两方面综述DBPs暴露对胎儿生长发育的影响,并对今后的研究方向进行展望,以期为饮用水DBPs的健康风险评估与标准制定提供参考依据。
Abstract: Disinfection byproducts (DBPs) are a new class of contaminants that are formed during the process of drinking water disinfection in waterworks. To date, more than 700 DBPs have been identified in drinking water, many of which have been found to be potentially cytotoxic, genotoxic, carcinogenic, or teratogenic. As a class of ubiquitous contaminants with highly potential health hazards in drinking water, the reproductive and developmental toxicity of DBPs has been a public concern. This paper reviewed the research progress on the effects of exposure to DBPs on fetal growth and development and also proposed perspectives for future directions. This work aimed to provide reference for health risk assessment and standard establishment of DBPs in drinking water.
